I’m not sure why but I really love this place, has a home cooked feel to it. I have ordered from here a few times and I like the rice and chicken from the biriyani, could be more spicy-i might just be numb to it tho. I also tried the chicken samosa and chicken roll. Got the Samosa fresh and hot and was great!!! Enjoyed the sauce that came with it. The roll was cold and I feel like I’ve had better take your chance with it tho because normally their food is great. Also had butter chicken and it was very sweet and lots of chicken, personally I would have preferred more sauce. I enjoyed the veggies it came with wish there was more!!! Yummy meal
Steak lover? You have got to try Bihari/Behari kebab. The flavors in Bihari kebab are often described as rich, aromatic, and savory, with a blend of spices that enhance the tenderness of the meat. The spices used are typically warm and aromatic rather than hot, creating a depth of flavor that's both comforting and satisfying. It's a dish that can leave you feeling like you've had a truly delightful culinary experience! Usually served with Naan which i found theirs to be soft and perfectly made. I am coming back for more and trying out other dishes for sure.
We love coming here for some authentic BBQ, their Wings and Kebabs are to die for. Almas always takes care of us and provides the best service.
Thank you so much for your wonderful Biryani specials! The food and flavours are so delicious, absolutely the BEST! Also, special Thank You for offering your Specials at reasonable prices - it is so kind of you to continue this tradition, specially during the difficult times! We can't wait to go back to this restaurant - you are our favourite! :)
This review comes after trying out takeouts from this place 7 days in a row. They got skills. Everything is amazing but i wanna touch base on one dish that touched my soul. Lamb curry. I have never tasted something so delicious in a LONG time, and past week, not once i was let down. Not in quantity, not in quality. They gained a long term customer for sure. 10/10 would recommend. Shout out to Mr Almaz,You’re the best
Staff are friendly. I have tried their butter chicken and beef curry. Both were very flavorful and the portions were big that I could have them for two meals. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
I have been coming here since 2014. This place is incredible. The Bihari kabab in particular is to die for. And the naan, piping hot, every morsel melting in your mouth, my goodness. I had a friend who was convinced he was gonna go vegan. He came here, had the Bihari, and, well, didn't become vegan. While I've moved away from the GTA now, Makkah is a must stop every single time i come visit. Thank you Almas Bhai and co. 3
Delicious IndoPak food, run by some bangalis and has been around for probably the last 30 years, remember it since I was child and still go a few times a year despite living further away now. Not fancy but Good people. Amazing Bihari kebab and kebabs. And pretty spacious seating for the area. Reasonably priced. Places like this make Toronto a multicultural foodies dream destination.
